As President & CEO of WFCU Credit Union, Eddie’s leadership guides WFCU Credit Union with a focus on providing quality financial products and services that make our communities the best place to live and work. His areas of leadership include Corporate and Retail Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Business Development, Marketing, Communications, Community Investment, Commercial Services, Information Technologies and Payments. All of these areas are applied to Omnia Direct. Prior to joining WFCU Credit Union, Mr. Francis owned and operated a successful business, practiced law, and worked fifteen years in public service, including 11 years as the Mayor of The City of Windsor.

Steve Deneau, Vice President, Credit Risk for WFCU Credit Union brings his extensive sales and service background in the retail and financial sectors to Omnia Direct. Steve has utilized 25+ years of experience to help WFCU Credit Union become a leading innovator in the delivery of financial products and services to its membership.

As Director, Retail Sales, Mike Scherer uses his 24-year career in the financial services industry to grow Omnia Direct. Mike has spearheaded the implementation of our Five Star Service which sets the quality service standards at WFCU Credit Union. With his strength in leadership, business development and relationship building skills, Omnia Direct will continue with WFCU Credit Union's high quality of customer service.

Jennifer Newman, Manager, Omnia Direct, has years of sales experience in the retail division of WFCU Credit Union. Jennifer has been focused on providing premium member service on WFCU Credit Union’s industry leading products and provides the same standard of service for our Omnia Direct members.
